First ground you energy and awareness. Start from a calm and clear awareness.

Single Chakra ... spray the area around the chakra and then over the head for the whole energy field

All Chakras... starting with the root chakra, spray the area around the chakra. Take a deep breath, then repeat with the remain chakras: sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, crown.

Throat: Essential oils: Bergamot, Spearmint, Lime, Crystal Chips: sodalite

Heart: Essential oils: Grapefruit, Rose, Geranium, Crystal Chips: rose quartz, green aventurine

Solar Plexus: Essential oils: Lemon, Ylang Ylang, Bergamot, Crystal Chips: citrine

Sacral: Essential oils: Sandalwood, Orange, Ylang Ylang, Crystal Chips: Carnelian

Root: Essential oils: Patchouli, Cedarwood, Orange, Crystal Chips: garnet
